Balvanera is located to the west of the usually recognized center of Buenos Aires, formed by San Nicolás and Montserrat, and to the south, crossing Córdoba Avenue, of the elegant residential areas known as Barrio Norte, which is actually the neighborhood of Recoleta.
Congreso is an interesting neighborhood, which combines old cinemas and theaters, shops and political flavor all in one. It is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, where the buildings have that European aura.
