The building is located 3 blocks from the National Parliament, a few blocks from 9 de Julio Avenue, the Obelisco, Corrientes Avenue, Callao Avenue and the main subway lines of Buenos Aires.

Congreso, which actually shares sectors of Balvanera, Monserrat and San Nicolás, has splendid landmarks such as the monumental building of the Parliament, the characteristic Avenida de Mayo, which divides the neighborhood in two, with its important buildings from the beginning of the last century with its beautiful domes and viewpoints, in many cases restored today.

There is also the lighthouse of the Barolo Palace, designed by the architect Mario Palanti, built with the proportions of the golden section and inspired by the Divine Comedy, with its Hell, its purgatory and a heaven no less than 103 meters high, which made it for many years, the tallest building in the city.

Methods of transportation in Buenos Aires:

Downtown BA is centrally located, so much of the attractions and activities offered by the city are quickly accessible from the building on foot.

Other nearby neighborhoods such as Recoleta and Retiro can also be reached on foot (between 20 and 40 minutes), subway or taxi (between 10 and 20 minutes up to Recoleta and Retiro depending on traffic).

Here are some recommendations about transportation within the City of Buenos Aires:

• Taxi / Uber: Available 24 hours a day.


• Subway: The subway network connects the main neighborhoods of the city (Centro, Recoleta, San Telmo, Palermo). The subway lines operate normally from 5am to 10pm and the frequencies are from 11 to 26 minutes. The subway stations closest to the building are the stations "Sáenz Peña” (line A), "Uruguay" (line B) and "Avenida de Mayo" (line C).


• Automobile: Driving a car inside the city can be a great challenge, due to the heavy traffic, poor signaling and the behavior of the locals at the wheel. Downtown BA has its own parking (at an additional cost). If you are not familiar with the traffic in Buenos Aires we recommend using other means of transport and leaving the car in the parking lot.


• Bicycles: The city has biking stations that offer bicycles to travel the city at no cost. The ECOBICI closest station to the building is only 100 meters away. The city of Buenos Aires has an extensive network of bikeways that connect a large part of the city, and the closest bikeway to the building is 100 meters away.
