Downtown BA is a modern building opened at the beginning of 2018 in Bartolomé Mitre Street, one block from the National Parliament (Congreso).
The building has more than 200 apartments fully furnished and equipped for temporary stays. Downtown BA has spacious areas and common services, among them a swimming pool in the 19th floor, laundry and gymnasium.

Congreso is an interesting neighborhood, which combines old cinemas and theaters, shops and political flavor all in one. It is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, where the buildings have that European aura.
